Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. An order is accepted when we begin preparing it.
• Please check your order carefully before submitting it, including items, options, delivery address and contact details.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we cannot deliver to your address. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges, minimum order values and available payment methods are shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
• We may update menu items and prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery and collection

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather and traffic.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided. If we cannot deliver because the details given are wrong or nobody is available, we may be unable to refund the order.
• Collection orders should be picked up promptly at the time indicated.

Allergens and food information

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles multiple allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please review our Allergen Information page and contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee any item is completely free from traces of allergens.

Problems with your order

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds and replacements are handled. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
