  • Allergen Information

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Your safety matters to us. Our food is freshly prepared in a single kitchen that handles many ingredients, so while we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of any allergen.

The 14 regulated allergens

UK food law recognises 14 allergens that must be declared when used as ingredients. Dishes on our menu may contain, or may have come into contact with:

  • Celery
  • Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley, rye and oats)
  • Crustaceans (such as prawns and crabs)
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Lupin
  • Milk
  • Molluscs
  • Mustard
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame
  • Soybeans
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
  • Tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews and pistachios)

Ordering with an allergy or intolerance

  • Tell us every time you order. Please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on suitable options and take extra care where possible.
  • Use the order notes to flag your allergy, even if you have told us before.
  • If your allergy is severe, please speak to us directly before ordering rather than relying on menu descriptions alone.

Cross-contamination

Fryers, grills, preparation surfaces and utensils may be shared between products. This means traces of allergens — including gluten, milk, egg, sesame and nuts — may be present in any item, even where they are not listed as an ingredient.

Allergen information for specific dishes is available on request — please contact us through this website and we will be happy to help before you order.
